Rhizotrogus aestivus
Rhizotrogus aestivus is a brown beetle in the Melolonthinae subfamily of the Scarabaeidae family. Its scientific name is Rhizotrogus aestivus, described by Olivier in 1789. Over the years it has been called several other names, such as Melolontha bimaculata, Melolontha gracilis, Melolontha inanis, Melolontha maculicollis, and others.
Geographic range: This beetle is found in parts of Europe, including Austria, France, Spain, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Russia.
