Asghar Ali Shah Cricket Stadium is a cricket ground in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. It was built in 1993 in memory of Justice Asghar Ali Shah and to support club cricket in the city. The stadium seats about 8,000 people and was the second in Pakistan to have floodlights for night matches. It is owned and run by Dr. Muhammad Ali Shah.

The ground is mainly used for domestic and first-class cricket, as well as youth and women’s tournaments. It has hosted some international games at smaller levels, including Under-17 Asia Cup and Under-19 tournaments.

The playing ends are Pavilion End and Qasba Colony End. The Dr. M.A. Shah Night Twenty20 Trophy is held here every year in Ramadan, with clubs from around the country taking part.
