Raw View was a Finnish magazine about documentary photography published by Soul Creations in Helsinki. It started in 2007 as Photo Raw and became Raw View in November 2014. The editor-in-chief was Hannamari Shakya, who also works as a producer at Musta Taide, the photography-book unit of Aalto University. The magazine appeared in English and Finnish (ISSN 2342-5091) and ran for ten issues, with the final one released in November 2017 and devoted to Finland. The publication ended due to financial difficulties, though there was still demand. Soul Creations continues to publish photography books. The magazine’s website was photoraw.org.
