2019–20 Copa Catalunya: quick version
The 2019–20 Copa Catalunya was the 31st Catalonia Cup, a knockout competition for Catalan clubs from different leagues. It started in August 2019 and included 30 teams.
Teams came from these levels:
- 1 team from 2018–19 Segunda División
- 8 teams from 2018–19 Segunda División B
- 19 teams from 2018–19 Tercera División
- 2 teams from 2018–19 Primera Catalana
The draw for the first three rounds took place on July 2, 2019, in Barcelona. 29 teams entered the draw (all except Gimnàstic). Prat got a bye in the first round, and the winner of Horta vs. Olot moved to the second round. Some teams received byes in later rounds, and Gimnàstic (a Segunda División team) joined in a later round.
The tournament concluded in 2020. L'Hospitalet won the cup, with Llagostera as runners-up. There were 29 matches played in total, with 53 goals scored (about 1.83 per match). The top scorer was Hugo Esteban with 3 goals.
