Wood is the second studio album by Canadian band Moxy Früvous, released June 27, 1995. The folk-rock album runs 51 minutes and 19 seconds. It was released by WEA and produced by Michael Koppelman and the band. It sits between Bargainville (1993) and The 'b' Album (1996) in their discography. The band aimed for more mature, serious songwriting, moving away from their earlier humor. The single from the album is "Down from Above." Trouser Press described Moxy Früvous as "a latter-day acoustic America," noting that their sweet singing and a hint of wit echo Bargainville.
