Queensland Coach Company
Queensland Coach Company was a Brisbane-based bus bodybuilder. It operated in Eagle Farm, Queensland, and was founded in February 1999 by Greyhound Pioneer Australia. The aim was to build 135 Scania coaches over five years, including 94 for Greyhound's interstate services. At first, they planned to work with bodybuilder Alan B Denning and use the Galaxy body design. After Clifford Corporation collapsed, they bought the rights to the Austral Pacific Majestic body. In July 2000, the company stopped trading and went into liquidation. The Majestic rights were sold to Mills-Tui. Most of the completed bodies were for Greyhound Pioneer Australia on Scania K113TRB and K124EB chassis, but they also built for other clients. A total of 46 bodies were completed. The last vehicle was a Hino RG230 built for Casino Bus Service.
