Property Week
Property Week is a UK weekly business-to-business magazine about property. It covers the worldwide commercial and residential property markets with news, features, analysis, and the latest industry information—from development opportunities and investment prospects to professional and legal coverage, regional surveys, and vacancies. It first appeared in 1994 and is based in London. The magazine is published by Metropolis Business Publishing, part of Metropolis International; it was previously owned by Builder Group and CPM Group. The current editor is Lem Bingley.
A global edition is published quarterly. The magazine reaches about 40,000 readers across its print and online products and is based at Davis House in central Croydon. Property Week runs events across the country, internationally, and online, including B2B conferences, award ceremonies, and exhibitions, attracting more than 1,000 industry leaders.
In 2018, Property Week launched the RESI Trailblazers Awards at its RESI Conference. The publication has won several awards over the years, including:
- 2012 Business Website of the Year (Association of Online Publishers)
- 2012 Magazine of the Year (LSL Property Press)
- 2011 Digital Edition of the Year (PPA)
- 2010 Magazine of the Year (IBP)
- PPA Weekly Business Magazine of the Year in 2009 and in 2007
