Po Jatamah
Po Jatamah (died 1659) was a king of Panduranga in Champa, ruling from 1657 to 1659. He became king by marrying the daughter of the previous king, Po Saktiraydapaghoh, even though the former king had at least two sons who would later rule. This shows the Cham practice of matrilineal influence. He was ordained by the Nguyễn lord of Annam and held the title Ndo Naok Ndai Tang Kuan. By that time Champa had already lost its northern lands (Cù Mông to Khánh Hòa) to the Nguyễn and paid tribute, though it remained autonomous. During his short reign, the Cambodian king Ramathipadi I—who relied on Cham and Malay soldiers—was defeated by the Vietnamese in 1658 and died in Champa in 1659 as he was about to return to Cambodia. The Nguyễn regime extended its control to Biên Hòa, adding pressure on Panduranga from both north and south. Po Jatamah died in 1659 at Bal Pangdurang (Phan Rí) and was succeeded by his brother-in-law Po Saut.
