Signority Inc. is a cloud-based electronic signature provider based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. It was founded on November 19, 2010 by Jane He and Qingbo Jin, originally as EPEink (Electronic Pen/Paper Electronic Ink) with the product GreenSignatures. In January 2013 the company and its product were rebranded as Signority. Signority operates as a SaaS, offering web-based electronic signatures for public and private clouds, with headquarters at 1000 Innovation Centre, Kanata, Ontario K2K 3E7. In May 2024 Signority was acquired by FileCloud, a content collaboration platform that provides compliance, data governance, data leakage protection, data retention, and digital rights management. Signority has filed two applications with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
