Platone Parish (Latvian: Platones pagasts) is a rural area in Jelgava Municipality, in Latvia’s Semigallia region. It covers 86.63 square kilometers (85.11 km2 land and 1.52 km2 water). The population as of January 1, 2025 was 1,320, giving a density of about 15.5 people per square kilometer. The parish is located at about 56.537°N, 23.708°E. Before 2009, it was part of Jelgava district.
