Hasse Thomsén
Hasse Evert Thomsén (27 February 1942 – 26 April 2004) was a Swedish heavyweight boxer. He won a bronze medal at the 1972 Munich Olympics. In the semi-final, he lost to Romania’s Ion Alexe by a 0–5 decision; Alexe later won the silver medal. Thomsén was Sweden’s national heavyweight champion from 1969 to 1972. He boxed professionally in Europe from 1973 to 1974, with five bouts (one loss and four draws). He was born in Mölndal, Sweden, and died in Kungälv, Sweden, at age 62.
