Terry Billups
Terry Michael Billups (born February 9, 1975) is a former American football defensive back. Born in Wiesbaden, Germany, he grew up in Orlando, Florida, and attended Oak Ridge High School before playing college football at the University of North Carolina. Undrafted in 1998, he spent time with several teams in the NFL, including the New England Patriots, Miami Dolphins, and Dallas Cowboys, and appeared in a few NFL games. He also played in NFL Europe for the Scottish Claymores and Rhein Fire, in the XFL for the Los Angeles Xtreme, and in the Canadian Football League for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. His brother Lewis Billups also played in the NFL. After his football career, Terry Billups started his own law firm in 2019.
