Phacelia greenei J.T. Howell, or Scott Valley phacelia, is a small annual plant found only in Scott Valley in the southern Klamath Mountains of far northern California. It grows in serpentine soils beneath conifer forests. The plant reaches up to 15 cm tall and has a glandular, hairy stem. Leaves are narrow, lance-shaped, up to 3 cm long, and arranged alternately. The flowers are purple-blue, about 5 mm long, with a white or yellowish throat, and sit on a hairy, one-sided curved cluster. It blooms from April to June. This species is considered imperiled.
