Payner LTD is an independent Bulgarian record label and production company based in Dimitrovgrad. It was founded in 1990 by Mitko Dimitrov and has one of the largest artist rosters in Bulgaria, with more than 100 signed acts. The company began by producing audio and video tapes for Bulgaria and for export, and it opened its own recording studio in 1995. Payner runs four TV channels: Planeta TV (since 2001), Planeta Folk (since 2007), Planeta HD (since 2010), and Planeta 4K (since 2020). It also operates two complexes: Prikazkite in Harmanli and Planeta Payner in Dimitrovgrad. The head office and production facilities are in Dimitrovgrad. Official website: payner.bg
