Paul Lusk

Paul Lusk (born November 14, 1971) is an American basketball coach and former point guard. He is currently an assistant coach for the Purdue Boilermakers.

Lusk played college basketball at Iowa from 1991 to 1993 before transferring to Southern Illinois, where he played from 1993 to 1995 under head coach Rich Herrin. He is from New Baden, Illinois, and played high school basketball at Trenton Wesclin High School, leading the team to the 1990 Class A state title.

He began coaching as an assistant at Southwestern Illinois (1996-1997) and Missouri Southern (1999-2002). He then coached the University of Dubuque for the 2002-03 season (2-23). Lusk was an assistant at Southern Illinois (2003-2004) and Purdue (2004-2011). He served as the head coach at Missouri State from 2011 to 2018, finishing with a 106-121 record. After Missouri State, he joined Creighton as an assistant (2018-2021) and returned to Purdue as an assistant in 2021.

Awards: Second Team All-MVC (1994).
