Dot 2 Dot is a 2014 Hong Kong drama directed by Amos Why. The film stars Moses Chan, Meng Tingyi, Lam Tze-chung, Susan Shaw Yin-yin and David Siu. It runs 90 minutes.

Plot: Xiao Xue, a mainland Chinese teacher who moves to Hong Kong, becomes obsessed with dot-pattern graffiti near MTR stations. Believing the dots hide a message, she tries to crack the code and, in the process, discovers different aspects of Hong Kong’s history and identity.

Release: The movie premiered at the Hong Kong International Film Festival in 2014 and was released in Hong Kong cinemas on 30 October 2014.

Languages: The film features Cantonese, Putonghua, Northeastern Mandarin, and Hong Kong Sign Language.
