Nikolaos Tsipouras (Greek: Νικόλαος Τσίπουρας) was a Greek Army officer who fought in the Macedonian Struggle, the Balkan Wars, the North Epirus Struggle, World War I and the Asia Minor Campaign, retiring as a Major General.

Born around 1880 in Platanos, Nafpaktia, Tsipouras joined the Hellenic Army in 1901. In 1905 he joined Greek guerrillas in Macedonia, fighting around Florina and Monastir, and in 1907–1908 led his own unit in the Veroia–Naoussa–Vodena area.

He served in the Balkan Wars (1912–1913) as an officer in an Evzone battalion of the 8th Infantry Division on the Epirus front and was wounded at the Battle of Bizani. After the wars, he temporarily resigned and commanded the Northern Epirote forces in the Leskovik–Kolonje district of the Autonomous Republic of Northern Epirus.

From 1917 he fought on the Macedonian Front in World War I and distinguished himself at the Battle of Skra-di-Llegen in May 1918, where he was wounded and received a field promotion to lieutenant colonel. In the Asia Minor Campaign, he served as deputy commander and later commander of the 53rd Infantry Regiment. He contributed to the successful retreat of his unit to the sea and to Lesbos after the Battle of Dumlupinar, and continued serving as a regimental and divisional commander, retiring as a Major General on 10 October 1929.

Tsipouras later served as Minister Governor-General of Macedonia from 2 June 1936 to 21 March 1937 in the cabinet of Ioannis Metaxas.
