Mickaël Piscitello (born December 17, 1983) is a French-Italian Muay Thai kickboxer from Lyon. Known for his technical fighting style and elbows, he is a former WPMF World Muaythai Champion. He fights at middleweight, stands 1.82 meters tall, and weighs about 70 kg.

Piscitello trains at Gym Boxing St Fons in Lyon-Saint-Fons and is coached by Nasser Kacem. He began Muay Thai at age 17 under Kacem.

Record and career notes:
- Pro kickboxing record: 65 fights, 41 wins (23 by KO), 23 losses, 1 draw (as of 2013).
- 2010: Won the WPMF World Muaythai Championship.
- September 19, 2012: Defeated Sudsakorn Sor Klinmee at Thai Fight: Lyon by TKO in round 2 due to a cut.
- November 20, 2012: Defeated Yazid Boussaha by TKO at the A1 World Combat Cup.
- January 26, 2013: Rematch with Sudsakorn at Yokkao Extreme 2013 in Milan; Sudsakorn won by decision.
- February 14, 2013: Lost to Kem Sitsongpeenong by unanimous decision at Best of Siam 3 in Paris (floored by elbows).
- June 29, 2013: Knocked out in round 2 by Saiyok Pumpanmuang at Thai Fight: Bangkok 2013.
- September 7, 2013: Reports suggested a fight with Saenchai at the WBC World Muay Thai Millennium Championship in Réunion, but Saenchai denied participating.
