The Aeroprakt A-28 Victor is a Ukrainian light twin-engine aircraft built by Aeroprakt in Kyiv and sold as a complete, ready-to-fly aircraft. It was designed for safety over rough terrain, offering a payload of 300 kg (660 lb), four seats, up to 10 hours of endurance, and strong short- and rough-field performance.

Design and features
- Cantilever low-wing, four-seat enclosed cabin with a hinged windshield, and a T-tail.
- Fixed conventional landing gear with a steerable tailwheel.
- Twin engines in tractor configuration.

Construction
- Mixed materials: forward fuselage made of fiberglass; tail cone of aluminum; wings and tail are aluminum; control surfaces use aluminum frames covered in fabric.

Wings and performance
- Wingspan: 12 m (39.4 ft); wing area: 13.4 m2 (144 sq ft); airfoil: TsAGI P-IIIA-15; equipped with flaps.

Engines
- Standard powerplants: two Rotax 912 engines of 80 hp, or two Rotax 912S engines of 100 hp.

Weights
- Empty weight: 530 kg (1,170 lb); gross weight: 1,100 kg (2,400 lb); useful load: 570 kg (1,260 lb).

Operational history
- One example was registered in the United States in 2001 in the amateur-built category, but it was deregistered and exported to Ukraine in 2004.
