Oscar Noronha Filho (January 9, 1916 – April 2015) was a Brazilian lawyer, soldier and politician. He served in World War II with the Brazilian Expeditionary Force. He unsuccessfully ran for Federal Deputy for Guanabara in 1962, but after Brazil's 1964 military coup he took office as Federal Deputy on April 13, 1964, replacing Leonel Brizola. From 1999 to 2014, he was the president of the National Mobilization Party (PMN), taking the role after Celso Brant left the party. Noronha Filho was affiliated with several parties during his career, including PTB and MDB.
