Olivier Busquet
Olivier Busquet (born August 22, 1981) is an American professional poker player from New York City. He went to The Allen-Stevenson School and Trinity High School, where he played chess and violin, then studied philosophy at Cornell University. After college he worked on Wall Street before choosing poker as his career.
Busquet is known for his aggressive style and success both online and in live events. He started by losing bankrolls but found big success in heads-up sit-and-go games, reportedly earning about $2 million in S&G profits before others reached $1 million. His online screen names are livb112 on Full Tilt and adonis112 on PokerStars. He has about $2.75 million in S&G profits and roughly $840,000 in multi-table tournament winnings on those sites.
In live poker, Busquet has earned more than $9 million in 126 tournaments (as of 2021), with about $765,879 of that from WSOP cashes. His WSOP results include 244th in 2008 and 311th in 2009 in the Main Event (he has no WSOP bracelets). He won the Borgata WPT Poker Open in 2009, at the time the largest WPT field ever.
He also appeared on the final season of Poker After Dark in 2011. In July 2025, he returned to live poker and won the Borgata Summer Poker Open Championship, earning $255,135 for first place.
