Trisha Kanyamarala (born 2005) is an Irish chess player who was born in Hyderabad, India. She began playing chess in 2014, represented India until 2017, and then moved to Ireland and became an Irish citizen.

In January 2020, at age 14, she became Ireland’s first Woman International Master (WIM). In 2025 she became Ireland’s first Woman Grandmaster (WGM) after earning her third norm in London. Her peak rating was 2344 in June 2023.

She has been recognized in Ireland for her achievements, including a letter of appreciation from the President. She also attended a garden party at Áras an Uachtaráin in 2022 with President Michael D. Higgins. Her older brother is Tarun Kanyamarala.
