Neko ni Fūsen (A Cat with a Balloon) is Ai Otsuka’s ninth single, released on July 13, 2005. It comes from the album Love Cook and was produced by Max Matsuura on the Avex Trax label. The single sold 111,324 copies and reached number 92 on the 2005 Oricon yearly singles chart.
