Mycobacterium peregrinum
Mycobacterium peregrinum is a species of bacteria in the genus Mycobacterium. It belongs to the family Mycobacteriaceae and is part of the broader group of mycobacteria. The scientific name Mycobacterium peregrinum was first described by Bojalil and colleagues in 1962 and later refined by Kusunoki and Ezaki in 1992.
