Anthony R. Evans (born 30 January 1966 in Ballarat, Victoria) is a former Australian rules footballer who played in the VFL for St Kilda and Footscray. He came from East Ballarat and was picked at No. 35 in the 1989 pre-season draft. Evans played 27 games for St Kilda (2 goals) from 1986 to 1988, then 3 games for Footscray (1 goal) in 1989, for a total of 30 games and 3 goals.

Evans later played in the Victoria Country masters team, captaining them to the 2017 and 2019 national championships, and he won EJ Whitten national best-and-fairest awards for players over 45 and over 50 in those championships.
