Monu Moli
Monu Moli (born 19 August 2002 in Gisborne, New Zealand) is a rugby union player who can play hooker or prop. He plays for Tasman in the Bunnings NPC and for Moana Pasifika in Super Rugby. He is 182 cm tall and weighs 105 kg, and he attended Marlborough Boys' College.
Moli has two brothers: Atu Moli, a former All Black, and Sam Moli, who has played for Tonga. He represented New Zealand at the Under-20 level in 2022, making three appearances.
He made his Tasman debut in 2023, coming off the bench in a 58–19 win over Manawatu at Trafalgar Park. As of 2025, he has 16 appearances for Tasman and has started with Moana Pasifika, earning 3 caps.
