Richard Reynolds (1674–1744) was an English bishop who served as Bishop of Lincoln. He was baptized on 17 July 1674 at Leverington, Cambridgeshire, the son of Richard Reynolds, the rector there.

After private schooling at Moulton and The King's (The Cathedral) School, he became a pensioner at Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge in 1689 and a foundation scholar in 1690. He later joined Trinity Hall, Cambridge, where he earned a Bachelor of Laws in 1695. He earned a Doctor of Laws from Sidney Sussex in 1701.

Having taken holy orders, he married Sarah Cumberland and became rector of St. Peter's, Northampton, and chancellor of the diocese of Peterborough. He was made Dean of Peterborough at the end of 1718, succeeding White Kennett.

On 3 December 1721 he was consecrated bishop of Bangor at Lambeth Palace. He conducted the 1722 visitation with a Protestant and Hanoverian stance. In 1723 he was moved to Lincoln and served there for about twenty years. He was elected a member of the Gentleman's Society at Spalding on 7 September 1727.

Richard Reynolds died on 15 January 1744 in Charles Street, Westminster, and was buried at Buckden Church, Huntingdonshire.
