Shavate
Shavate is a small village in the Palghar district of Maharashtra, India. It is part of Vikramgad taluka. In the 2011 census, Shavate had 1,066 residents living in 248 households. The effective literacy rate is 63.25%. The village sits about 82 meters above sea level.
