Monoleptophaga is a genus of parasitic flies in the family Tachinidae. It is part of the subfamily Exoristinae and the tribe Blondeliini. The genus was first described by Baranov in 1938. Its type species is Monoleptophaga caldwelli, described by Baranov in 1938. Species in this genus are found in Australia.
