Mizushima Rinkai Railway, also known as Mizushima Seaside Railway, is a third‑sector railway company based in Kurashiki, Okayama, Japan. It mainly transports freight for the Mizushima industrial area near the Port of Mizushima, and it also runs passenger trains on the Mizushima Main Line.

History
- In 1970, Mizushima Rinkai Railway took over three former Kurashiki City Transportation Bureau lines.
- The Mizushima Main Line opened in 1943 to serve an aircraft factory. In 1947 the line was handed to Mizushima city for industrial development, and passenger service between Kurashiki and Mizushima started in 1948.
- The freight-only Kōtō Line (3.6 km) and Nishi-Futō Line (0.8 km) opened in 1962.
- CTC signaling was installed between Kurashiki and Mizushima in 1971, and passenger service was extended to Mitsubishi-Jikō-Mae in 1972.

Fleet
- As of July 1, 2021, the railway operates 11 diesel railcars and 4 diesel locomotives.
- In 2013 the company bought six former JR East DMUs (KiHa 30, 37, 38) from the Kururi Line in Chiba Prefecture; they began service on May 12, 2014.

Lines
- Mizushima Main Line: 11.2 km, between Kurashiki-shi, Mitsubishi-jikō-mae, and Kurashiki Freight Terminal; opened in 1943 to serve an aircraft factory; passenger service began in 1948 after the line was transferred to Mizushima city in 1947.
- Kōtō Line: 3.6 km freight-only between Mizushima and Higashi-Mizushima.
- Nishi-Futō Line: 0.8 km freight-only between Mitsubishi-Jikō-Mae and Nishi-Futō.
