Miccosukee Resort & Gaming is a nine-story hotel and casino on the edge of the Everglades near Miami, Florida. It opened in 1999 after costing about $45 million and is run by about 400 members of the Miccosukee Tribe. A colorful statue of a young Miccosukee boy stands at the entrance, and the site is known for its unusual mix of a Native American village feel and a casino.

The resort has 256 guest rooms and 56 suites. It offers a casino with slot machines and a poker room, along with dining, a conference center, and banquet facilities. There are four dining options, and the nearby Miccosukee Golf and Country Club is close by.

Miccosukee Resort hosts various events, including boxing and MMA, and regularly runs poker tournaments. In 2011, it helped organize a Latin music concert in Miami called "Una Copa con Romance," attended by about 1,500 people and artists such as Charlie Zaa.

In 2009, the resort was estimated to generate around $75 million in yearly revenue. The resort is also mentioned in the 2010 novel Acts of Nature.
