Manne–That's Gershwin!
Manne–That's Gershwin! is a jazz album by Shelly Manne with his quintet and big band. It was recorded in February 1965 and released by Capitol Records. The recording took place February 24–26, 1965 at Capitol Studios in Hollywood, and the album is 43 minutes and 36 seconds long. Dave Cavanaugh produced the album. In Shelly Manne’s discography, it comes after My Fair Lady with the Un-original Cast (1964) and before Sounds! (1966).
The music is by George and Ira Gershwin, with all tracks Gershwin tunes unless noted otherwise. AllMusic reviewer Scott Yanow said: "Although not all that memorable, this music generally swings, leaves space for concise solos and is fairly fresh."
