The Manor Hills, also known as the Tweedsmuir Hills, are a small range of hills in the Scottish Borders, just south of Peebles. They are part of the Southern Uplands. The hills are separated from the Moffat Hills by the Talla Reservoir, Megget Reservoir and St. Mary’s Loch; from the Moorfoot Hills by the A72; and from the Culter Hills in South Lanarkshire by the A701.

The western part of the hills is designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest and as a National Scenic Area, and the major rivers here are protected as Special Areas of Conservation. The higher land can be thought of as three main blocks: directly south of Peebles, north of the Megget Reservoir, and southeast of Drumelzier. There are also some lower hills east of the B709 road and a few isolated hills.

Broad Law is the highest peak in the range and in the historic county of Peeblesshire. The hills include five Marilyns and thirteen Donalds, with one Graham and one Corbett among them.

The Southern Upland Way, a long-distance path, passes through the eastern end of the range and comes close to the summit of Minch Moor, which is the second-highest point on the route after the Lowther Hills.
