The William Simonds House is a historic home in Winchester, Massachusetts, at 420 Main Street. Built in 1877 by William Simonds, it is a good local example of the Second Empire style. The two-story wooden house features a mansard roof with dormers. The front is symmetrical with three bays, and on the first floor there are projecting bay windows with bracketed roofs that connect to a wide front porch. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on July 5, 1989.
