Lorenzo Cellerino is a retired Italian sprinter. Born on 30 December 1944 in Alessandria, Italy, he specialized in the 400 metres and set a personal best of 46.9 seconds in 1972. He competed for Italy at the 1972 Summer Olympics and won the Italian national team relay title twice. Internationally, he earned a bronze medal in the 4×400 m relay at the 1971 European Championships in Helsinki and a gold medal in the same event at the 1971 Mediterranean Games in Izmir.
