Jassi Petwar
Jassi Petwar is an Indian politician from Haryana. He has been a member of the Haryana Legislative Assembly since October 2024, representing the Narnaund constituency as a member of the Indian National Congress (INC). He comes from Petwar village in Hisar district, and his father is Satvir. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU). Petwar started his political career with the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) and served as the INLD youth wing’s state president. He ran in the 2019 Haryana Assembly elections on an INLD ticket but lost to Captain Abhimanyu Singh Sindhu. In January 2020, he joined the INC. He won the Narnaund seat in the 2024 Haryana Assembly elections as an INC candidate.
