Leotropa phoenicias is a species of snout moth. It belongs to the genus Leotropa in the family Pyralidae, order Lepidoptera, class Insecta, phylum Arthropoda, and kingdom Animalia. The binomial name Leotropa phoenicias was described by George Hampson in 1918. This species is found in Sierra Leone.
