Klindworth-Scharwenka Conservatory was a music school in Berlin, founded in 1893. For decades, until about 1960, it was one of the world’s best-known music schools. It came from two older schools started by Xaver Scharwenka and Karl Klindworth—the Scharwenka-Konservatorium and the Klindworth-Musikschule. Xaver Scharwenka and his brother Philipp merged the two.
