Kenny Allstar, born Kenny Enahoro on 19 April 1993, is a British DJ and radio presenter. He hosts BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra’s Rap Show on Friday and Saturday nights and runs the Mad About Bars series on Mixtape Madness on YouTube, where he features new MCs doing freestyles.

As a kid he had no television at home and listened to the radio all the time, trying to play along to 50 Cent on his keyboard. His love of music grew after his father took him to a carnival when he was about nine or ten. At 13 he joined a youth club where aspiring MCs could get on air. Grime was popular then, but he chose to focus on DJing. He bought decks, DJed at South London grime cyphers, and before turning 18 he began presenting on Deja Vu 92.3 FM. He also worked at Radar Radio, toured as Sneakbo’s official DJ, and helped bring up rapper Abra Cadabra. His Mad About Bars series has three seasons and over 30 million views.

In November 2017 he started DJing on BBC Radio 1Xtra in rotation, which led to a permanent role in October 2018, taking over the Friday night slot from Semtex. He performed at Notting Hill Carnival in 2018. In March 2023 he was named the host of the Radio 1 Rap Show, airing on Saturday nights on both BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra.

Kenny released his debut album Block Diaries on 5 October 2018 through Columbia Records. The 17-track album mixes UK rap, drill, Afroswing and grime and features artists like 67, Not3s, SNE, Abra Cadabra, Belly Squad and M Huncho. Its first single “Tracksuit Love” with Headie One gained over 2.3 million YouTube views and 1.5 million Spotify plays in three months. He has said his goal is to be a culturally significant voice for young people in London. He is a Chelsea F.C. fan.
