Are Tronseth (born 3 September 1981 in Trondheim) is a Norwegian former football defender who played mainly as a central defender. He grew up with Remyra IL and joined Stjørdals-Blink as a youth, making his senior debut in 1997. He later moved to Rosenborg and spent time on loan at Ham-Kam, a move that became permanent in 2004 when Ham-Kam won promotion. He also played for Hønefoss, Fredrikstad, Sarpsborg Sparta, Haugesund and Ranheim, finishing his playing career with Ranheim in 2016. He earned eight caps for Norway's U21 team in 2003.

After retiring from playing, Tronseth became a coach. He managed Stjørdals-Blink from 2016 to 2018 and later took on a coaching role at Ranheim from 2020 onward.
