Ross Township is a rural area in Roseau County, Minnesota. It covers 35.8 square miles of land and sits about 1,050 feet above sea level. The population was 454 at the 2000 census. The unincorporated community of Fox lies inside the township, while the unincorporated community of Ross is in nearby Dieter Township.
