KMRR (104.9 FM), branded More 104.9, is a radio station in Spencer, Iowa. It airs an adult contemporary format and serves Spencer and Estherville. The station is owned by Saga Communications as part of the Spencer Radio Group.

KMRR launched in 1979 as KRGS and has used several call signs over the years: KRGS (1979–1985), KJJG (1985–1993), KIGL (1993–2000), KLLT (2000–2014), and KMRR since 2014.

KMRR has two HD subchannels:
- HD2: Oldies, branded Pure Oldies 98.3 & 98.5, simulcast on translator K252EX 98.3 FM in Spencer (launched June 29, 2018).
- HD3: Variety hits, branded 98.9 Chuck FM, simulcast on translator K253CV 98.5 FM in Spirit Lake (launched August 2, 2018).

Technical details: ERP 25,000 watts, HAAT 85 meters, Class C3, FCC facility ID 29080. Sister stations include KICD and KICD-FM.
