Adipati Dolken, whose birth name is Adipati Koesmadji, was born on 19 August 1991 in Ciputat, Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia. He is an actor and model who rose to fame on the TV soap Kepompong (Cocoon) from 2008 to 2009.

He has appeared in many films, starting with Putih Abu-Abu dan Sepatu Kets, then 18+ and its sequel. He acted in Malaikat Tanpa Sayap (2012) and Perahu Kertas, which was based on a popular novel. In 2013, he won the Citra Award for Best Supporting Actor for Sang Kiai, becoming one of the festival’s youngest winners at that time. He also appeared in Slank Nggak Ada Matinya that year.

Throughout the following years, Adipati starred in films such as Marmut Merah Jambu, Aku, Kau, & KUA, Kukejar Cinta ke Negeri Cina, Jenderal Soedirman, 3 Dara, Sacrifice, and Posesif (which earned him a Best Leading Actor nomination). In 2018, he starred in #TemanTapiMenikah with Vanesha Prescilla and joined the cast of The Man from the Sea, a Japanese-Indonesian-French project filmed in Aceh. He was born with mixed German and Javanese ancestry and used to be credited as Adipati Koesmadji before choosing the stage name Dolken, inspired by the villa owner’s surname during a trip to Puncak.

Adipati is a brand ambassador for GATSBY Indonesia. He married Canti Tachril in 2020 and has an elder sister, Gianina Emanuella.
