Erin Burdette (born April 19, 1983) is a former American professional tennis player from Macon, Georgia. A right-handed player, she reached a career-high singles ranking of 543 and a doubles ranking of 293. She stands 5'11".

Burdette won her first pro singles title in El Paso in 2000. In 2001, she and Megan Bradley earned a wildcard into the US Open doubles main draw and reached the second round; they also made the semi-finals in girls' doubles that year.

She is the eldest of three sisters who played tennis at Stanford. Burdette was a four-time All-American and helped Stanford win three NCAA championships. She won the 2005 NCAA doubles title with Alice Barnes, defeating Stanford teammates Amber Liu and Anne Yelsey in the final. Her sisters Lindsay and Mallory also later won NCAA doubles titles.

Today, Burdette works as a veterinarian in San Francisco.
