Patricio "Pato" Germán Margetic (born May 17, 1960, in Avellaneda, Argentina) is a former footballer who played as a striker. He began his career in Argentina with San Telmo and Temperley before moving to the United States to play in the North American Soccer League (NASL). He joined the Detroit Express (1979-1980) and then the Chicago Sting (1981-1984), winning the Soccer Bowl in 1981 and 1984. While with the Sting, he earned multiple All-Star honors and was known as the "Magic Man." In the NASL he appeared in 130 games, scoring 42 goals and providing 59 assists for 143 points, placing him 34th all-time in the league. He also scored the last NASL goal in the 1984 Soccer Bowl.

After NASL, Margetic played six seasons in the Major Indoor Soccer League (MISL) for the Chicago Sting, Kansas City Comets, Cleveland Crunch, and Tacoma Stars, and nine seasons in the National Professional Soccer League (NPSL) for the Chicago Power and Detroit Rockers. He also had a brief stint with Borussia Dortmund in 1988-89.

Following his playing career, Margetic has been active in youth soccer. He runs Pato’s Magic Soccer, a Michigan nonprofit that promotes youth soccer and is affiliated with the Michigan Youth Soccer League and the Michigan State Premier Soccer Program. He does recruiting for the Chicago Fire and coaches the Magic Soccer Club in Michigan, working with camps and classes run through the Rochester Avon Recreation Authority (RARA) in Rochester, Michigan.
