Jesús Quijano González (born 11 January 1951) is a Spanish university professor, jurist and politician who has spent much of his career in Castile and León. He was born in Saldaña, Palencia. He earned a law degree and a PhD in Law at the University of Valladolid, finishing with honors. He has taught at the University of Valladolid and later held the Chair of Commercial Law at the University of Burgos; in 2008 he became Professor of Commercial Law at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Valladolid.

A member of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE) since 1974, Quijano was General Secretary of the PSOE in Castile and León from 1990 to 2000. He has been active in Castile and León, serving as Public Prosecutor from 1983 to 2003 and running for the presidency of the regional government in 1991 and 1995. In 2003, the Cortes of Castile and León elected him to the Advisory Council. In the 2008 general elections, he led the PSOE list in Valladolid and was elected a deputy to the Congress of Deputies.
