Colin Reid Miller, born 6 February 1964 in Footscray, Victoria, Australia, is a former cricketer who played for Australia from 1998 to 2001. He was a right-handed batsman and a bowler who could deliver fast-medium pace or off-spin. Miller appeared in 18 Test matches, taking 69 wickets at an average of 26.15, with best figures of 5 for 32 (and 5 for 81 in the same series). He scored 174 runs, usually serving as a tail-end batsman, with a top score of 43. He made his Test debut on 1 October 1998 against Pakistan and played his last Test on 18 March 2001 against India.

Domestically, Miller played for Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania, returning to Victoria later in his career. In first-class cricket, he played 126 matches and took 446 wickets at 30.97, with best innings figures of 7 for 49. He retired from first-class cricket in 2002.

A memorable moment came when his hair was dyed blue during a 2001 Test against the West Indies, which reportedly made captain Courtney Walsh laugh.

After playing, Miller spent time in club cricket in England (Chorley and Rawtenstall) and in the Netherlands (HCC Rood en Wit). He coached Katandra Cricket Club in 2004–05, was briefly considered for Bangladesh’s head coach role after the 2007 World Cup, and in 2013 was named a US cricket ambassador for USACA. He also took part in Pro Cricket in the USA in 2004.
