Jeff Trepagnier is a former American basketball player from Los Angeles. Born on July 11, 1979, he played at Compton High School and the USC Trojans in college. He is 6 feet 4 inches tall and about 200 pounds, and was drafted in 2001 by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the second round (35th overall). Trepagnier played in the NBA from 2001 to 2004, appearing in 31 games for the Cavaliers and Nuggets, and averaging about 2.8 points and 1.4 rebounds per game. His last NBA game was on April 14, 2004, against the San Antonio Spurs, where he had 1 assist and 1 rebound in 7 minutes.

After the NBA, Trepagnier spent his career overseas and in the NBA Development League. He played for Napoli in Italy, Ülkerspor in Turkey, and Pau-Orthez in France, along with stints for the Bakersfield Jam, Rio Grande Valley Vipers, and Iowa Energy in the D-League, as well as Scaligera Verona in Italy and Liga Sorocabana in Brazil, and the Los Angeles Slam in the ABA. He was the EuroLeague steals leader in 2006 and earned All-NBDL First Team honors in 2003. He is African-American.
