Schleesen is a village in the Wittenberg district of Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. Since January 1, 2010, it has been part of the town of Kemberg.

Schleesen lies about 15 kilometers southwest of Lutherstadt Wittenberg, near the Mittlere Elbe biosphere reserve. The area includes two protected parts, Naderkau and Bräunigk.

The village was first mentioned in 1200 as Selezne in a document from the Wörlitz monastery. The church was built around 1250. The Rosenfest festival is held every year on the third weekend in July.

Schleesen sits on the L132 road (Oranienbaum-Wörlitz to Radis) and on the K2040 district road (Selbitz to Schleesen). The B107 is about 6 kilometers away, the B100 about 5 kilometers away, and the A9 motorway at Dessau-Ost is about 12 kilometers away. The nearest train station is in Radis on the Wittenberg–Bitterfeld line.

Richard Bartmuß (1859–1910), a German composer, was born in Schleesen.

The area of Schleesen is 23.67 square kilometers, and about 536 people lived there in 2006. The village sits at an elevation of about 75 meters.
