IF Trion, full name Idrottsföreningen Trion, is a Swedish football club from Spjutsbygd. Founded in 1936, they play home games at Spjutsbygds IP in Spjutsbygd. The chairman is Bertil Corneliusson. They currently compete in Division 4 Blekinge, the sixth tier of Swedish football. The women's team played in the Swedish top division in 2002 and 2003. IF Trion is affiliated to Blekinge Fotbollförbund. The club has competed in the Svenska Cupen 13 times. In 2006, league restructuring created a new division at Tier 3 and moved other divisions down a level.
